From M60 Motorway:
Leave motorway at Junction 9 for Trafford Park, join Park Way.
Follow Park Way to roundabout and take 3rd exit onto Village Way.
Turn right at the lights by the VW garage onto Fifth Avenue.
Take second left onto Eighth Street and continue until the School House and the School House Annexe are visible on your right

From Old Trafford:
With Old Trafford on your left go straight ahead and along Trafford
Park Road past Daytona Karting Track (on your left) until you reach the Village Circle roundabout.
Take the 2nd exit from the roundabout onto Village Way, then immediately turn left by HSBC bank onto Second Avenue and continue until the School House Annexe is visible in front of you on our right.
