I graduated university with a vocationally non-specific degree in English Literature and for a short time I drifted through jobs ranging from selling mobile phones to labouring on building sites before finding the comforting warmth of Creation Publicity.  

I hate dealing with complaints so avoid them by looking after all of my clients really well and keeping everyone happy at all times!

Interesting fact about me:
I have a cat called Mo which I had to raise by hand from birth by feeding it milk through a pipette (yes, that’s right, I have a sensitive side too).
